SemenStain
SemenStain is a quick-staining-method to assess the morphology of spermatozoa (spermiogram). This method is composed of a staining kit which allows differential staining of the different sperm parts due to their specific basophilic, eosinophilic and neutrophilic properties.

Product facts and notices
The sperm cells are fixed. Here, the succedan-staining technique is used, which means, three dyes are used one after the other and it results in differential staining of different tissues with individual dyes.
