The products are manufactured from medical grade USP VI-tested raw meterials like polystyrene concerning the dishes and polypropylene concerning the spermcups. The products are free of DNase RNase.
The material ensures a good thermal conduction on the heating stage of a microscope.

All products are gamma irradiated and manufactured according to ISO 9001.
All products are free of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and thus free of odeur on opening the package.
To ensure quality each batch is tested for the following:
- HSSA (Human Spermatozoa Survival Assay) motility of human spermatozoa has to be at least 70% after 24 hours of incubation in the products.
- MEA (mouse-embryo test) at least 80% of the mouse-embryos have to develope to blastocysts.
- LAL-test (limulus amebocyte lysate) This test proves endotoxines that are released by the disintegration of gram-negative germs. The limit is at 0.03 EU/ml.
