Fraudulent letters/emails are currently in circulation informing you of a supposed change to the Gynemed bank details. They ask you to use a different bank account for your payments than the one stated on the Gynemed invoices.

Please note that Gynemed has not changed its bank details or payment process.

If you have received a suspicious letter regarding your invoices or are unsure where to transfer to, please contact +49 (0) 4561 – 5132500.

If you have already made a payment to another account, please contact your bank and the police immediately.
